Q Will G20 PRO work with my PC, phone, or console?

Yes. G20 PRO works with USB-C devices including PC, Mac, phones, tablets, Switch, and Steam Deck. For controller setups that need a 3.5mm jack, you may need an adapter such as EPZ TP15. Please note that the boom mic may not work through some 3.5mm connections, while the in-line mic can still be used.

Q Can I actually hear footsteps more clearly?

Yes, that is one of the main reasons G20 PRO exists. The 10mm LCP + PU driver helps separate footsteps, gunfire, explosions, and movement cues, so busy fights do not turn into one messy wall of sound.

Q Is the microphone good enough for team chat?

G20 PRO uses a dual mic system with a boom mic, an in-line mic, and a mute mode. Use the boom mic when you want clearer voice pickup for Discord or team chat, especially if you play with a mechanical keyboard or room noise in the background.

Q Will it feel uncomfortable after long gaming sessions?

Each earpiece weighs only 3.9g, and the shell is shaped to sit naturally in the ear. G20 PRO also keeps a pressure relief vent to help reduce pressure buildup, so you can stay focused on the game instead of the fit.
