How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is free on orders of USD $49.99 or more. Orders below USD $49.99 are charged USD $4.99. Express Shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after the first tracking update. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
No. Duties and taxes are included on orders placed at epzaudio.com. The price shown at checkout is the final price, with no additional import duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs handling fees expected on delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For returns based on sound, fit, or personal preference, return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless covered by EPZ Care+ or applicable law. Contact us before sending anything back.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or faulty?
Contact us with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. Once confirmed, EPZ will provide an appropriate solution and cover approved return shipping costs.

It's more cost-effective than expected. The 10mm LCP dynamic driver has excellent bass sharpness and elasticity, especially when listening to J-POP or rock music, it adds a sense of power. The resolution is also high, allowing you to clearly distinguish even the fine details of the band's performance. The detachable 0.78 2pin cable is also good for future upgrades. At this price point, the sound quality and build are very satisfying.
The sound quality of the 10MM driver is amazing! It has a HIFI feel with powerful and clear bass. The 0.78mm 2-pin cable is easy to replace and convenient for troubleshooting. The sound positioning during games is clear, allowing you to instantly know the enemy's location. The earbuds fit well and are comfortable even during long gaming sessions. The quality exceeds the price, very satisfied!
Good product, probably one of the best purchases I've made and I've bought many headphones. But these specifically for gaming are great.

In terms of sound, the ears are bright on both high and low frequencies. not much at all.

Very good quality, very complete package and a sound that kills me how good it is.
They work well mute outside audio really well. Can hear distinct directions pretty good aswell. Only down side is that my friend told me sound muffled, so have to go back to normal headset when playing with them. Other than that there good.
