Why is Android blocking the installation?
Most Android devices do not allow a browser to install apps from unknown sources by default. In Settings, enable “Install unknown apps” or “Unknown sources” for the browser used to download the EPZ APK, then open the downloaded file to install it. Setting names may vary by device.
What if the installer redirects me to an app store?
Some devices may show prompts such as “Official store install” or “Secure install” that redirect you to another installation method. If you downloaded the EPZ APK from the official link above, choose “Normal installation” or “Direct installation” when available to continue installing that file.

Download the ZIP file, unzip it, and open HSAudioControl. Use the gear menu in the top-right corner to change the interface language.

Which option should iOS users choose?
iOS devices cannot install APK files, so Web Tuning is the recommended option. If you are using a computer, Web Tuning is also the fastest way to start without installing anything.
Android says Blocked or Can't install. What should I do?
Open Android settings, allow Install unknown apps for your browser or file manager, and try again. For safety, only install the APK from official EPZ links shown on this page.
Can I use Web Tuning on Android too?
Yes. Web Tuning works on Android browsers and gives you quick access without installing the app. For the full pairing and preset experience, the Android app is still the best choice.
