Which option should iOS users choose?
iOS devices cannot install APK files, so Web Tuning is the recommended option. If you are using a computer, Web Tuning is also the fastest way to start without installing anything.
Android says Blocked or Can't install. What should I do?
Open Android settings, allow Install unknown apps for your browser or file manager, and try again. For safety, only install the APK from official EPZ links shown on this page.
Can I use Web Tuning on Android too?
Yes. Web Tuning works on Android browsers and gives you quick access without installing the app. For the full pairing and preset experience, the Android app is still the best choice.
