We ship factory-direct from our manufacturing base. For most regions (USA, EU, JP), standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your tactical gear is dispatched.

Absolutely. Models like the G30 and K9 are engineered with precise imaging and fast transient response. This allows FPS gamers to pinpoint enemy footsteps and directions (Sound Positioning) with greater accuracy than standard gaming headsets.

We use industrial DLP 3D printing to create a shell that fits your ear perfectly. After selecting the "Bespoke" option, you will need to send us your digital ear impressions (STL file) or physical ear molds. Our engineers then sculpt your unique housing with 0.25μm precision.

We stand behind our engineering. All EPZ IEMs come with a 1-Year Tactical Warranty covering manufacturing defects. Cables and accessories are covered for 3 months.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard universal models. Items must be in original condition. Note: Custom "Bespoke" units are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Most EPZ IEMs are designed with low impedance and high sensitivity, making them easy to drive directly from a smartphone or PC. However, to unlock the full dynamic range and soundstage, we recommend using a portable DAC like the EPZ TP35 Pro.
