Thank you for choosing EPZ Audio. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing Time (Fulfillment)

  • In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or bespoke products: Items requiring customization (such as custom faceplates or private molds) require a production lead time of 5–7 business days before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Origin & Destinations

All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Shenzhen, China.

We ship internationally to supported countries. Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping method selected, customs clearance, and local carrier operations. Delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout when available. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

Expedited shipping options (such as DHL or FedEx) may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on destination.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are displayed in full at checkout before payment

  • Prices may be shown in local currency and are converted automatically

  • Any applicable shipping promotions will be reflected during checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates typically become available within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, any refund (if applicable) may be reduced by return shipping costs and carrier or customs handling fees.

7. Address Changes

Orders are processed quickly.

  • Before shipment: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@epzaudio.com.

  • After shipment: Address changes are not possible once a tracking number has been generated.

8. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If tracking information shows no updates for 15 consecutive days after dispatch, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or failed delivery attempts may be subject to reshipping fees. Refunds, if applicable, may exclude original shipping charges.
