2. Shipping Origin & Destinations

  • Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from Shenzhen, China.
  • Supported Destinations: We currently ship to selected countries and regions in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to your location.

3. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Custom / bespoke items: 5–7 business days before shipment
  • Cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-5)
  • Non-processing days: Weekends and Chinese public holidays

4. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Fulfilled via carriers such as 4PX, Yanwen, YunExpress, and UBI, with local last-mile delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: Fulfilled via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and availability.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated after order processing is completed.

  • United States: 7–12 business days (Standard), 5–7 business days (Expedited)
  • European Union: 7–12 business days (Standard), 5–7 business days (Expedited)
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days (Standard)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, or other carrier-related factors.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Free on orders of $49.99 USD or more
    • $4.99 USD flat rate for orders below $49.99 USD
  • Expedited Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

7. Taxes, Duties & Customs

For supported shipping destinations, EPZ Audio uses duty-paid shipping services whenever available. The price you pay at checkout is intended to be the final price, with no additional import duties or taxes charged upon delivery.

  • Final Price Guarantee: For supported destinations, no extra VAT, tariff, or customs handling fee should be charged at delivery.
  • Rare Exception: If a customs office or courier charges an unexpected fee due to a random inspection, please contact us with proof of payment and we will assist you accordingly.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • You can track your parcel through our Order Tracking page or the carrier’s website.

9. Address Changes

  • Please contact support@epzaudio.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to update your shipping address.
  • Once the order has been shipped or tracking has been generated, address changes may no longer be possible.

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If tracking has not updated for more than 15 consecutive days, please contact us for assistance.
  • Damaged packages: If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photos.
  • Incorrect address provided by customer: If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
