- Shipping Origin: All products are dispatched specifically from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

3. Order Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Custom/Bespoke Items: Require 5–7 business days for production lead time before shipping.
- Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
- Public Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Chinese Public Holidays. Processing will resume on the next business day.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated clearly at checkout before payment. We do not charge hidden fees.

- $4.99 USD flat fee for orders under $49.99 USD.
- Expedited Shipping: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination.
7. Taxes, Duties & Customs

Global Tax-Inclusive Pricing (DDP Service) For all our supported shipping destinations (including the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and Asia), we cover all customs duties and import taxes.

No Hidden Fees: We utilize premium Duty-Paid (DDP) shipping services to handle customs clearance on your behalf. You will NOT be charged any additional VAT, tariff, or handling fees by the courier upon delivery.
(Note: In the extremely rare event that a local customs office charges a fee due to a random inspection, please pay it to receive your package and send us the receipt. We will fully refund this cost to you.)
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
- You can track your package via our Order Tracking Page or directly on the carrier's website.
9. Address Changes
- Time Frame: Please contact support@epzaudio.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change the address.
- After Dispatch: Once the package has been handed to the carrier or a tracking number has been generated, we generally cannot change the shipping address.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 15 consecutive days, please contact us. We will verify with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos.
- Customer Error: If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
