How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is free on orders of USD $49.99 or more. Orders below USD $49.99 are charged USD $4.99. Express Shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after the first tracking update. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Will I need to pay duties or taxes?

No. Duties and taxes are included on orders placed at epzaudio.com. The price shown at checkout is the final price, with no additional import duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs handling fees expected on delivery.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For returns based on sound, fit, or personal preference, return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless covered by EPZ Care+ or applicable law. Contact us before sending anything back.
