How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is free on orders of USD $49.99 or more. Orders below USD $49.99 are charged USD $4.99. Express Shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1โ2 business days. Standard Shipping usually takes 5โ10 business days after the first tracking update. Weโll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
No. Duties and taxes are included on orders placed at epzaudio.com. The price shown at checkout is the final price, with no additional import duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs handling fees expected on delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For returns based on sound, fit, or personal preference, return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless covered by EPZ Care+ or applicable law. Contact us before sending anything back.

It's my 2nd IEM i have purchased from EPZ and i already love EPZ products. This P40 is on different level I'm not a professional guy but the details and clarity is soo good in Music and about gaming this thing provides me what i want in multiplayer game like COD. The P40 itself is portrait how should i describe these are soo beautiful โค๏ธ.

I'm not sure about the sound quality yet since it's been aged, but I think it should be good.

The sound quality of the 2DD+1 planar driver is excellent and has high resolution. Comes with 3.5mm and 4.4mm balanced cables for convenient use. The wearing feel is stable, and I am satisfied with its use as a HIFI monitor.
The first thing that surprised me was the overwhelming resolution created by this complex hybrid configuration (dynamic, planar drive, ceramic). There is a high-frequency extension unique to PZT (ceramic), while the thick low-frequency range created by 2DD provides a solid foundation. The sense of positioning is extremely accurate, truly a performance that does not fall short of being used for "monitoring." The support for 4.4mm balanced connection is also a very appreciated feature for DAP users.

Fast delivery. The headphones arrived in 8 days. The headphones are demanding when it comes to amplification. With a powerful source, they reveal their full potential. Very deep bass. Clear and detailed midrange. High frequencies do not stand out too much. They are present but not overwhelming. Excellent balance for my hearing.
Very nice iem and great package. The overall sound is well balanced, detailed and airy. The bass goes deep, is punchy and elastic. The mids and vocals are very clear. The treble is elevated without any harshness.
