How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is free on orders of USD $49.99 or more. Orders below USD $49.99 are charged USD $4.99. Express Shipping rates and available destinations are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after the first tracking update. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
No. Duties and taxes are included on orders placed at epzaudio.com. The price shown at checkout is the final price, with no additional import duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs handling fees expected on delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For returns based on sound, fit, or personal preference, return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless covered by EPZ Care+ or applicable law. Contact us before sending anything back.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or faulty?
Contact us with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. Once confirmed, EPZ will provide an appropriate solution and cover approved return shipping costs.

Super comfortable to wear even for hours. lightweight iems fit my ears nicely, no pain. the cable is durable and the length is just right for daily use.

The headphones feel solid to the touch
I don't know the name of each part of the headphones, but when I tried to remove and reattach the headphones from the cable, it was extremely tight, but once I did it twice, changing the cable became easy.
When I connected the headset with a detachable microphone to my Xiaomi phone, the audio became distorted, but from what I've learned, this usually happens with phones.
When I tried it on the PC, the microphone sounded amazing.
Excellent sound considering the quality/price ratio.
I would highly recommend this product unless you want to talk to him on the cell phone, as in my case the microphone was overwhelmed. Aside from this detail, it was a good purchase.

The only bad thing is that it didn't come with a pillow.
I must say the epz g20 deserve a review. They have a fantastic sound, "plugged into my creative sound blaster g6 and my pc". Both mics on the in-line and other wire with a boom mic are really good, "use them both for ark raiders, and other games on pc". They are small iem's and they fit so good in my ear i forget i am even wearing them. I will buy a second pair, there that good.
The sound quality is great for both gaming and music. It's comfortable to wear and easy to replace the cable. Compact and portable, it's perfect for everyday use.
I did not expect to love these so much. These iem's sound similar to my samsung bud3 and my $400 wireless gaming headset. I wish i discovered this product sooner... I really like the boom mic the microphone is actually really clear. My only problem with this product is the lack of instructions. When you get this, by default it's connected to the 3.5mm audio jack cable that does not have the boom arm mic which is fine, but what isn't fine is the lack of instructions on how to swap them. This may seem trivial but this was my first time even using iem's and did not know you could just carefully pull the cables out from the actual earpiece. Other than that, music is beautiful, sound is beautiful, using it to play games is immaculate, and video editing is also good. If i had more money i would definitely buy the higher tier products. HIFI sound quality has a well-balanced three-frequency, strong bass without distortion, and clear and natural vocals. It offers excellent value for money! Highly recommended for music lovers and gamers 👍
Mainly purchased to play "Genshin Impact" and "PUBG Mobile" on my smartphone. The absence of audio delay with Type-C direct connection is clearly advantageous in games. The 1.8mm special standard cable seems sturdy and easy to manage. Additionally, three sizes of earpieces were included, allowing me to choose the perfect fit and enhance noise isolation. I am satisfied with getting such specialized performance for gaming at an affordable price.

I only use 3.5mm plugs. The treble doesn't crackle, and the voice and performance sound clear. It seems suitable for singing or ASMR. However, in games, if you adjust the volume to match the gunshots, footsteps may be difficult to hear. If you purchase thinking there will be almost no mid-low tones, I don't think it will meet your expectations.
Really surprised, the audio quality is very good, low latency, good microphone and on top of that with a Type-C connector. It's the best option you can choose, if you want to buy some BBB (good, nice, cheap) headphones.
In the box, you will find 3.5mm headphones, you can exchange them for the Type-C connection because they are included!!! also, a beautiful postcard image, ear pads, USB cable adapter, and the microphone. In summary, good purchase 10/10, you just need to find the platform to configure the sounds of the anime doll.
