    FAQs.

    +
Q What’s the difference between the 3.5mm and Type-C versions?
Both versions use the same G10 earpieces and tuning. The Type-C version includes a built-in DAC for digital audio output, while 3.5mm is analog and works with controllers, PCs, and devices that have a 3.5mm jack.
    Q Does G10 have a microphone?
Yes. G10 uses an in-line microphone on the cable for calls and in-game chat.
Q Is it easy to drive?
Yes. With 32Ω impedance and 100dB sensitivity, it’s designed to run well from everyday devices without needing extra power.
    Q Is the cable replaceable?
Yes. G10 uses a 0.78mm 2-pin detachable cable, so you can replace a worn cable or swap to another compatible one.
Q What platforms does it work with?
3.5mm works with most PCs, handhelds, and controllers that support a 3.5mm headset. Type-C works with compatible phones/tablets/PCs that support USB audio.
