Shipping & Delivery.
How long does order processing take?
In-stock items are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard Shipping is free on orders of USD $49.99 or more. For orders below USD $49.99, Standard Shipping is USD $4.99. Express Shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. Orders placed on epzaudio.com ship with duties and taxes included. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no extra import duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs handling fees upon delivery.
What are the delivery estimates?
Estimated delivery time starts from the first tracking update. Standard Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Express Shipping usually takes 5 to 8 business days where available.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a tracking email after your order ships. Tracking usually updates within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returned items should be clean, complete, and suitable for resale.
How do I start a return?
Email support@epzaudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back.
Who pays return shipping?
For confirmed product issues, shipping damage, or incorrect items, EPZ covers the approved return shipping cost. For personal-reason returns or exchanges, the customer pays return shipping unless the order is covered by EPZยฎ Care+.
Can I return a custom or Bespoke product?
Custom and Bespoke products are not eligible for standard 30-day returns or change-of-mind refunds. Once confirmed or in production, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed for personal reasons.
When will I receive my refund?
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Are original shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns. EPZยฎ Care+ service fees are also non-refundable once the order has been placed.

What does EPZยฎ Care+ include?
EPZยฎ Care+ is an optional checkout service. It includes eligible 30-day return or exchange shipping coverage, package theft protection, an extra 6 months of warranty coverage, and replacement-first service for eligible warranty cases.
Which EPZ model should I choose?
Choose Q1 Pro or Q5 Pro for daily listening, P40 or P50 for higher-end Hi-Fi listening, G10, G20, or G30 for gaming, TP35 Pro for source upgrade, and TS01 for gaming chat and voice isolation.
