Warranty Policy.

Every EPZ Audio product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty:

Coverage: This covers internal component failures (e.g., driver failure, internal wiring issues) under normal use.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

Process: For warranty claims, please contact support@epzaudio.com with your order number and a brief description/video of the issue.
